According to the input and design methods, it can be roughly divided into four categories.
First, the overall replacement, which is the fastest of the four methods, is the overall replacement. However, the cost of such welding pipe equipment is high, which is about 50% of the overall unit, but the effect is also the best.
The second is the replacement of the roll shaft, which I feel is not so ideal. It is similar to the disassembly and assembly of the mold, with no obvious advantages.
Third, FFX mode is used to share some component molds of welding pipe equipment, which can only be applied to a certain range of pipe production, and most of the molds must also be replaced, which I believe you can understand.
The fourth is the hydraulic drawing roller seat foundation mode. This mode has the highest cost, is not easy to operate, and requires a lot of space. Factories without strength should not consider it.
The above are the ways we encounter in our daily life to quickly change the dies of welding pipe equipment. If I were the one, I would choose one or three, and I would not consider the others. How do you choose.
