Generally, the split design and processing will be considered when producing large-diameter welded pipe molds. The raw materials of these welded pipe molds are very large, and the conventional die steel materials can not meet the use needs, so it is necessary to purchase forging materials. Another factor to consider is the convenience of installation. The integrated mold is not so convenient in production, processing or use. The whole is too large and heavy, the processing is not good, and the installation and adjustment are not convenient when in use, which is not good.

The split design and processing of welded pipe molds materials is mainly determined by the consideration of restrictive factors. It is better to consider simplicity and practicability.
