At the customer site of the welded pipe enterprise and the welded pipe mould processing workshop, we found that the colors of some pipe moulds are different, some are very bright, some are gray, and some are black. Why? These are mainly caused by the difference of whether the pipe making molds are finished after heat treatment, but in my opinion, Isn't it better to finish the pipe mould after heat treatment? The answer is yes, but whether the customer gives the price is two things.

If the pipe mould is subjected to secondary finishing after heat treatment, the thermal expansion and cold contraction produced by the heat treatment process of the pipe mold can be processed to make the surface better, which can improve the forming effect and accuracy.
