For example, a coil of steel strip being processed in the annealing furnace can be analyzed on the surface to see if the hardness can meet the needs. If it is too soft or too hard, what should we do? At this time, the temperature in the furnace and the speed of the steel coil should be checked.

If we want a high surface hardness of the steel strip, the temperature of the annealing furnace should not be too high, and the speed of travel should be appropriately accelerated. If we want a soft surface hardness, the temperature of the annealing furnace should be increased, and the speed of travel should be adjusted slowly. Or the temperature in the furnace and traveling speed can be fixed and adjusted.

Finally, it shall be carried out within the fixed range of the annealing furnace, and the hardness of the finished products at the outlet shall be checked. As long as the hardness of the steel strip meets the requirements, it is OK.
