In the design of stainless steel tube molds, the relatively simpler ones are round tubes, and the more complicated ones are square tubes, rectangular tubes, and some other special-shaped tube molds. Here we talk about the deformation design of stainless steel square tube molds.
The overall design of the stainless steel square tube mold is similar to the round tube, but the conversion relationship between the square tube and the round tube should be calculated and the corresponding round tube design data should be found, because most of the mold design is the same. The difference is in the front and back of the straightening head and the design of the straightening head. The first set of horizontal stick molds before the straightening head can be initially deformed. Some square tubes have not started to deform. The first group of straightening heads began to deform, and the second group is already in the shape of a square tube. It is a group of vertical shaft seats in the back, this welded pipe mold is also a square hole type.
This is a conventional deformation. If the stainless steel welded pipe unit has only one set of straightening heads, the mold of the unit will begin to deform behind the sizing unit of the welded pipe unit, so that the pipe can be better produced.
