The product being debugged this time is a titanium tube product with a diameter of 6.35mm and a wall thickness of 0.4mm. It adopts argon arc welding sealing protection welding technology. The debugging speed is 12 meters per minute, and the tolerance of the finished pipe material is controlled within ± 0.05mm, which is very standard.

There are essential differences between titanium and titanium alloy welded pipes and conventional welded pipes, with clear distinctions in the design of welding pipe molds and welding pipe forming processes. Not all welding pipe machine mold manufacturers can produce them.
