Developed independently by our company, it is also our first stainless steel fiber optic protective pipe welding machine in China. It is also a precision detection composite pipe welding machine. Currently, several projects have been debugged and tested in our factory, and the inspection results are very satisfactory. The finished products required by customers can meet the standards.

Our stainless steel fiber optic protection tube precision detection composite pipe welding machine can produce all straight seam welded pipes or composite pipes with diameters between 1.5 millimeters and 6 millimeters and wall thicknesses between 0.2 millimeters and 0.5 millimeters. The entire production line is composed of processes such as uncoiling, forming, welding, and coiling.

After testing in our factory, we have produced 2.2 hollow circular tubes, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 fiber optic composite tubes, and 2.2 detection composite tubes. Below are specific pictures of the products we have produced for your reference only.
