The first is the surface hardness of the pipe making mold. If the hardness is insufficient, then we need to carry out secondary processing and surface annealing on the mold to improve the hardness of the mold surface. Generally, the surface hardness of our welded pipe mould can reach hrc60-65, which is basically no problem.
The second problem is the material of the pipe making mould. If there is a problem with the material, it is necessary to replace the pipe mold material for re production. Now the commonly used welding pipe mold materials in the market are Cr12MoV, SKD11, etc. the material used in special parts will be slightly different. If the mold material does not meet the standard, it is necessary to purchase the pipe mold materials from regular channels.
Moreover, the arc design of the pipe making mould is a problem. This is the design process. Different manufacturers have different arc designs. In addition to these, as the manufacturer of the pipe making mold, we should also consider the habit factors of the welding pipe master. Different manufacturers and different operators have different habits. It is possible that this manufacturer can do it, but a common one may not, These are the arc design problems.
Finally, it is necessary to consider the technical level of the welding pipe master. The strain on the surface of the welding pipe is also related to the technical level of the master. This basically excludes the influencing factors of the pipe making mould. The technical level of the master can only be improved through self-learning, mutual learning and teaching research.
