In fact, in real production, there is no clear regulation on the selection of materials for high-frequency welded pipe molds, which means that as long as they can be used and the quality is good, it is enough. But if you want to study it carefully, it may not be like this. That's why many high-frequency welded pipe molds used GCr15 a few years ago, but now the lowest material used is Cr12. Furthermore, the first few sets of pre formed molds for high-frequency welded pipes must use high-quality materials because they bear significant deformation stress and external forces. For example, welding rollers are now produced using high-temperature resistant hot work mold steel H13, etc. Therefore, different positions have different characteristics, and attention should be paid to the matching of welding pipe mold materials.

The material for high-frequency welded pipe molds should be comprehensively considered and selected based on the characteristics of the produced pipes and the welding process, in order to produce better products.
